The following are examples of sites I have worked on for customers. (The site will open in a new window)

The New Crop Opportunities site was developed for BCPC and is aimed at the farming industry. The site contains detailed information about the crops which farmers may consider growing. On the site the user can perform searches on location, soil type and a number of other factors, the site then shows which crops match the criteria.

For the Plant Protection site I worked with a colleague from BCPC who had programmed the CD-ROM version. I provided the front end for the site to handle the user registration and the site maintenance functions.

The International Conference on Urban Pests meets each third year to have a number of presentations. My task was to create a web site where users can perform searches on the papers presented at any of the conferences and then view the matching entries.

This project is not a web site but a CD-ROM. Each third year BCPC publishes the Pesticide Manual known as the authoritative and independent source of global pesticide information. Together with the editor I produce the CD-ROM version of the manual. This product is updated each year.

I created this site for a local butcher who wished to encourage his customers to order online. The site permits the butcher to place, and update, their price list on the site. Customers are then able to order from the site which then sends an email to the shop to handle the order.
